Bucket Test

Not sure if your pool leaks?
Try this simple Bucket Test

1. Place bucket on first step.

2. Place a large rock or weight in the bucket.

3. Add water to bucket until the water line inside the bucket is even with the pool water on the outside of the bucket.

3. Wait 24 hours.

4. Check the test every 24 hours to monitor for slower leaks.

If the water line in the pool is lower than the level in the bucket, you have a leak. Schedule a Pool Leak Detection today.

Tip: If the leak is slow you may want to use a clear bucket from the paint section of any hardware store.

You can also add some food coloring to the water in the bucket for a higher contrast comparison to the pool level.
